Comments | The dasha of certain planets can be very trying. This holds especially true of the karmic planets as they impart lessons to human being by precipitating difficulties. Individuals can often be heard questioning their fate / kismat though it is all but a fallout of karmic choices.http://youtu.be/8I8CYe7ghuA |
Featured today is a natural chrysoberyl cat’s eye of 1.59 carats set in sterling silver as a Ketu talisman pendant. The natural cat’s eye from Srilanka is a lovely Neptune green in color and has sharp chatoyant band running across its surface. The translucent smooth cat’s eye has been fashioned as a cabochon, which helps the phenomenal gemstone to displays its optical phenomenon at best.
Cat’s eye is also known as Lehsuniya/ Vaidurya/ bidalaksh or Sutra mani and set in a talisman is used to harness the energies of Ketu. Superior cat’s eye gem is a phenomenal gem that is translucent and displays chatoyancy – where a band of light is visible across the surface of the gem when light falls on it.
The dasha of Ketu / planetary period of Ketu can be hard on an individual. Although the main objective of this planet is to give spiritual enlightenment and upliftment, it is accompanied by difficulties, sorrow, dilemmas and pain. If Ketu is placed well in birth chart, the planet can give success and gains too. Otherwise, the energies of this mystical planet needs to be pacified.
Ketu and Rahu have not been given the lordship over any zodiac sign. The color associated with Ketu contrary to popular perception, is variegated/ multicolor. Â Ketu is the South Node of Moon and is believed to cause comets (dhoomketu) and meteors. Â These planets have special enmity towards Sun and the Moon – the luminaries.
Wearing a jyotish quality cat’s eye helps during the dasha of Ketu. However, it is to be noted that the gem has intense effect and should be worn after getting a proper gem recommendation.
