Being Angry is detrimental in most cases.
Being Violent or having an outburst, friction, irritation are not exactly anger.
In most cases misunderstood anger is just dissipating Anger.
The closest thing that can be called as Anger is a mix of emotions of Angst plus rage.
Anger is an essential tool for survival.
It is a very Powerful Tool is used effectively.
In attaining the Balance of Ego and Alter Ego- Managing Anger is the Golden Bridge( Hint 1-7 axis)
Every relationship can be “ GOLDEN” if one learns to manage anger.
