World Mental Health Day- Are you Happy 
At the very outset many greetings and best wishes for the World Mental Health Day.
Now first before Any Theory or Knowledge A Question:
Are you Happy
Please ask yourself the above 3 word question.
The 9 degrees of Mind Response to the Above typically Are- Without Any Comments or Judgement:
Yes I Am happy
Umm Maybe Yes
I think so but I can be happier
I am not Happy
I don't want to be Happy- Is that Ok or Normal
Happiness is a pipe Dream
Happiness depends on exchange with others and them I cannot control
Are you Joking- Happy Me.
If only xyz can happen I will be happy
Search Guruji Shrii Arnav and the power of 9
You can draw your own conclusions.
What I can say are just three things:
Your Mind and Your Body- Are your two most precious Jewels you have and its in that order. Keep them tip top and you will get whatever you desire.
The Grass is ever more green on the other side so stop comparing.
Such is the veil of Maya- Disillusionment that whatever problem or situation causing you most grief is resolved- One will find a new one to get into the unhappy state.
Options
Whether you are in therapy, detox, pranayama, Alternative health, exercise or whatever to restore your happy state is perfectly ok. This is part of your evolutionary journey and opinions of others do not matter. So whatever you are doing give that your best.
Advice
The Only One size fits all advice that can really help are the 3 points above. We need to diagnose that speedbreaker/ monster and then choose the right weapon/ bullet/ Medicine
But
That is also largely dependent on- Whether you are open to trying it.
Closing thoughts
There is no bigger treasure than a serene mind that has clarity. Cherish and preserve it.
