For most of the people " Addiction " translates to dependence on a substance that generally translates to bad health and relationships.
Well its not like that. For example staying in the zone of fear or sadness is addiction.
Also pulling the leg of a person in a derogatory way and justifying it as a harmless prank is also an addiction.
Meanwhile, the two factors common for any kind of addiction are:
- It should be regular
- Without it one feels miserable.
This is a huge field and has immense ramifications. Today let us apply the " Addiction" philosophy to conversations and communications- The most vital things in this age to excel.
