I see a flurry of activity and interest in the youth today today with getting entrepreneurial success and financial freedom.
Oft I have said that people look and engaged in getting busy with getting very minuscule results.
If you remember I have suggested all to make three vital audits before committing time and resources to any activity.
What are there 3
Time Audit: How much is your 1 minute worth. Once you have that you have to do two things
- How you can increase the value of your 1 minute
- Check if you are putting your 1 minute in the correct task. Whether that task requires your engagement, action and expertise. Can that task be given to someone who has a lesser 1 min cost than you so that your expertise is utilised in better goals and returns.
The second thing is the People Component. Work With Only "TOP-S" people. Choose your customers and teams well. Respect your 1 min time audit value.
So How should be your customers, partners and team. Since my domain is Spirituality and Astrology I will give you the Sacred Formula of the " TOP-S" People. These 9 essential Battle tested virtues will make you move at the Speed of Light and put you in Stratosphere.
The Formula of Tops that Tops everything:
T: Trusthworthy Truthful Tolerant
O- Open, Opportunity Creators, Opportunity converters
P- Performers, Proficient, Persistent
S: Skilful, Savvy, Safe
Simple common sense. If any attribute is lacking in your or not yet fully developed look at finding a partner who can fill the gap. No downtime in learning or training or studying. Find the partner- He/ She will demonstrate and if you are still Coachable you will learn on the job.
The 3rd thing is communication.
Put together this is a Solid Blueprint that's tested in real life.
