Even though that would have been lapped up readers and publications it would again be like firing blanks- The Ultimate Sin.
Having being privileged on seeing the story from on the either sides, providing career advice to employees and also to get the perfect employees for the management there cannot be 1 size fit all template( Oh how much we want that)
Let me explain. Look at the list of these rulers/ leaders:

For Employees- Study the person in the organization that bring max amount of money. Gauge that personality. Excited this is your place. Example: Boss Like Jazz you like Electric- Bad Pairing.
For Management- Hire employees as per the personality style and requirement of the top leader- the person bringing the most money.
I did not use paralyzed ambiguous words like impact, commitment etc- I gave a measurable parameter- The person who brings max money.
Now imagine another scenario. You have to choose an organization as per these Personalities:

Arjun: The Most important things are skills and efficiency.

So How to write the ultimate resume, how to hire the ultimate employee, How to achieve the ultimate success.
