Dual “CORE MEDITATE” for solving problems in 2024 & Finding Life Path.
Today is the Amavasya- The Moonless Night and todays meditation and contemplation will utilise the heavenly arrangement of planets, stars and constellations in the Zodiac for channelling our energies in the right direction.
Meditation and Contemplation exercise 1
Follow these steps exactly
Look at the picture of the Lotus- Try to keep your attention only on the Lotus.
Now answer this question as per your views only to yourself
Does This Lotus Flower represent “ CO- DOMINANCE or CO - EXISTENCE”
Think of above as per your current life and circumstances.
Now Set Timer for 4 minutes- 1 minute for settling, fidgeting, Reading the same content to be extra sure etc and 3 minute for actual contemplation:
Is Your Life to CO- DOMINATE Or CO- EXIST.
The End result will bring clarity to your path and strategy in 2024.

A Brief Foundation
Core Meditate=12
All of us have to deal with conflicts and challenges- All but there is an effective way to deal with it.
Golden Tip
Do Not fight a battle if the end return is low and if you are not sure of a win.
Conversely: Do not end up with people and situations where you have no reasonable control and very less returns.
That will clear at least 75% of low/ no productive people and activities in your precious life.
Contemplation and Exercise Two:
Now think of the most pressing issue in your life. Just 1- think of your biggest pain point - NOW- I know you have all the world’s
problems lets start with 1. For example it can be Shortage of Money or Heartbreak but you have to choose only one.
Step 1
Write down the problem in 1-9 words or less.
Step 2
See the Lotus once again and choose
Co Existence or Co Dominance
Step 3
Picking up the Solution of Choice. Now look at the list below.
Feel each word/ emotion and keep yourself, Your problem and people associated with that in your mind.
Identify the trait in the list below that as per you best describes the situation and the way ahead.
