Panch Means 5
Pakshi Means Birds
The 5 birds that operate their energies during different times of the day and control the 3 Daily Life Cycles
- Generating Cycle
- Controlling Cycle
- Insulting Cycle
These 5 Elemental birds are interconnected to the 5 elements that Life is made up of. These 5 Elemental Birds are:
- Vulture
- Cock
- Peacock
- Owl
- Crow
All Throughout the day depending on the Moon Phase- Waxing and Waning two primary energies out of 5 are operational and depending on what energy you are in - You can select a time period for an appropriate energy for any task or any activity- See chart for reference.
The 5 activities are Succeed, Energize, Action, Relax and Caution.
Everyone will go through these 5 activities at a particular time of the day.
