 At the very outset, I would like to express my gratitude for the good wishes and greetings for mentorship and authorship of "The Secret of Jyotish Gems" from His Holiness Shartse Khensur Rinpoche Jangchup Choeden, the Secretary General of the IBC - International Buddhist Council.

His other major roles include the Directorial position at the International Geluk Foundation recently, as well as the Deputy General Secretary of the new International Buddhist Confederation on His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s advice. Born in North India, Rinpoche Choeden is fluent in English and five other languages. He is referred to as the “21st century monk” because of his deep grasp of global age issues and the potential for the Nalanda tradition to help approach them.  Even though all my daily interactions are memorable, yesterday one interaction stood out. A little child, all of 14 years, called Jeanie from Arkansas and having autism, informed me that she had won a prestigious essay contest and a handsome sum. Amongst many other things, this is what she said:

I learn many new words and their correct usage from your posts, and I used two of them in my essay. Thank you, and I have given you credits.*

 Thank you, dear. My only credit is that you have moved, and I may have provided a little assist. But yes, do know that I have read your message personally and hence quoted you here.

From Spectacle to Spectacular: The Tale of Ravi the Unlikely Hero

Once upon a time in the bustling city of Mumbai, there lived a man named Ravi. Ravi was known far and wide, but not for the reasons one might hope.

You see, Ravi had a peculiar talent for turning every mundane task into a grand spectacle.

Whether it was spilling his coffee in the most dramatic fashion at the local café or tripping over his own shoelaces right in the middle of a crowded street, Ravi had a knack for attracting all the wrong kinds of attention.

One day, Ravi decided he'd had enough of being the city's laughingstock. Inspired by a recent post he read from Guruji Shrii Arnav about harnessing God energy and transforming one’s life, Ravi made up his mind: it was time to go from being a spectacle to becoming spectacular.

He started small. His first mission? Navigating his way through the supermarket without causing a scene.

Armed with a shopping list and a newfound sense of purpose, Ravi entered the store. Things were going well until he reached the aisle with the stacked cans.

Determined to grab the top can without causing an avalanche, Ravi stretched on his tiptoes... and then it happened. One can wobbled, then another, and before he knew it, cans were rolling down the aisle like a scene from an action movie.

But instead of panicking, Ravi remembered Guruji’s teachings: stay calm, harness your energy.

With surprising agility, Ravi started catching the cans mid-air, one by one, like a grocery store ninja. Shoppers stopped and stared, but this time it wasn’t in mockery—it was in awe.

Word of Ravi’s grocery store heroics spread quickly. Encouraged by his success, Ravi decided to take on bigger challenges.

He joined a local dance class, despite having two left feet. On his first day, he stumbled and fumbled, causing quite a few laughs.

But Ravi laughed along, unperturbed. He practiced diligently, and soon his awkward stumbles turned into graceful moves.

His dance instructor even nicknamed him "Twinkle Toes Ravi."

Ravi’s transformation didn’t stop there. He began volunteering at community events, where his knack for turning heads came in handy.

Whether he was organizing a charity run or hosting a local talent show , Ravi’s events were always a hit. His once-clumsy antics were now seen as charming and endearing, and people eagerly awaited the next "Ravi Special."

One evening, at a grand gala , Ravi was invited to give a speech. He stepped up to the podium, looked out at the sea of faces, and with a twinkle in his eye, said, “Ladies and gentlemen, once upon a time, I was known as the guy who could trip over air.

Today, I stand before you not as a spectacle, but as someone who turned life’s little mishaps into moments of magic. If I can do it, so can you.”

The crowd erupted in applause. Ravi had done it. He had moved from being the city's clumsy spectacle to its spectacular hero.

And all it took was a little bit of faith, a lot of practice, and the wisdom of Guruji Shrii Arnav’s teachings.

And so, Ravi’s journey from spectacle to spectacular became a legend in Mumbai, proving that with the right mindset and a touch of humor, anyone can transform their life.

 Circa- Today- August 01-2024- Ravi is in France as a part of the IOC organising special events for paraplegics and those affected by autism during the Olympic Games. He is a Director in a fortune 500 company and is based out of London. For me he still is Ulta Pulta Ravi and for his dear ones Twinkle Toes Ravi.

 But words, like humans, are very versatile, and their exact usage comes with graduating from the University of Hard Knocks with Honours.

 Haven’t I been saying all along:

 **Spectacle = 9** - This is a strange word that can rock both ways—positive as well as negative, so one has to be careful.

What is a spectacle exactly?

 See how this rocks:

- **a:** something exhibited to view as unusual, notable, or entertaining, especially: an eye-catching or dramatic public display

- **b:** an object of curiosity or contempt, as in "made a spectacle of herself"

On the contrary, the word **SPECTACULARS = 12** is largely positively grandiose.

Simple meaning: Exceptionally grandiose or sensational.
