- Say the above mentally for 12 times.
- Light a Ghee Lamp
- Light Dhoop
- Light a quarter of Camphor- From one piece make 4 pieces and light only 1
- Assign a group leader
- Other participants to repeat the above after the Group Leader
- Post completion Sit quietly with eyes closed for 3 minutes.
- The first word that comes to the mind as you sit and close your eyes- Write down that word.
- Make 3 sentences from the word- Write them down on a piece paper. White Paper and Red Ink works best.
