You have some concepts regarding " DUTY" or Dharma in a Teacher Student Relationship.
Today we speak about the duty of a teacher ( Guru) towards Student( Shishya).
The Average student will have a million questions, opinions, points, Envious engagements.
This formula above is MOPE which basically means sad, dejected and undermining oneself.
The Teachers basic duty is to narrow down these million of ordinary actions, approaches and dissipating ego engagements and give him the gems of Knowledge and the power of Elimination using the Pancha Ratna ( The 5 Gems philosophy)
Those of you who are teachers, healers, mentors, guides, coaches of any kind will find the 5 Gem philosophy very useful.
The Teachers 5 Gems- The Pancha Ratna
Venus- Diamond
He Trains them to be Good. Good is goodness from soul. No comparision no performance. Goodness of the soul.
Sun- Ruby
He Guides them to thorough understanding. No superfluous explanations. The plainest form of truth at that particular reference point.
He does not teach them 18K shlokas of Geeta if they do not understand basic grace.
"At that particular reference point" in the students journey is the key point.
Saturn- Blue Sapphire
Whatever subject he is teaching he teaches in full even if that takes a lifetime. He Makes his student thorough and empowers him to narrow and choose from several conflicting forms of illusions that cause poor disappointing behaviour.
Jupiter- Yellow Sapphire
He Praises his students Goodness- Point 1 and abilities so that the Student is empowered and encouraged to make the journey into the unknown that may appear as a steep climb initially.
Mercury- Emerald
The Teacher provides all round protection, power and insurance to the student to let him achieve these 9 milestones ( The 9 Gem Navratna Outcomes) and objectives in his life that are like Golden Keys to unlock the doors that have all good behind them. His teaching and training empowers them to Put their learning to :
