100 grams is all it takes to make or break a life
The Margin of error is nearly Nil and in Gem therapy and spirituality it is MINUS NIL

First things first- I must congratulate Ms. Vinesh Phogat- Her Life is at an epic canvas- As the events of Yesterday at the Paris Olympics have demonstrated. Sadhuvad or Naman hai aapko.
She missed out a medal at the olympics by not making it to the 50Kg weight class despite cutting her hair- Think- Think Hard of the extent of sacrifices one can do to realise a cherished dream.
She is a champion and she will handle it despite the vivid visuals of the pain, those gruelling training sessions, the social ridicule all in the hope of uplifting the whole clan.
I doubt how her associated ecosystem will take it.
Now - Important
