So what is PASTE. Paste is a fantastic management realisation that existed before even the invention of wheel and the controlled use and invention of FIRE.
In fact paste lead to finding these wonderful tools.
Paste existed, Paste exists, Paste will exist till there is unorganised life with Organised Chaos.
So What is PASTE:
P: Problems
A: And
S:Solutions
T:Together
E: Exist
Cardinal Truth Above
Both are required by the Almighty so that
transactional activity occurs between humans to keep life going.
In Management and common Parlance it is called as Economy, Means of Profession and earning & Demand- Supply Etc.
So if there is no problem there is no
solution- transactional activity will cease.

The work of astrology is not to solve problems of the terminally unique as is your case:
The Work of Astrology is to shed Light and bring the most reasonable outcome as per people, situations and circumstances.
That being Said: PASTE has to be re calibrated because the people element in there is hugely unpredictable.
For sake of understanding there are 2 kind of people>
One who find solution of any problem.
One who finds problems in every solution.
Recommendation: Try to be the former.
From the above 2 personality types come 5D's approach and people
D: Doers
D: Dreamers
D: Drifters
D:Deserters
D: Defeated
Simple Solution-if EGO is not involved or is in reasonable proportion:
Bet on Doers and Dreamers and stay away from
other 3D'S.

By the Grace of the Almighty I work with Fortune 500 companies to Small Mom Pop Kirana stores looking to optimise their business and get success.
The Most common error made is a " People" and " Human" error.
The founder should never expect that other people in the organisation feel the same passion as they do. So if you are working 17-18 hour work days, under financial stress, juggling many balls or wearing many hats that has nothing to do with them & expecting to have or do the same is the first ingredient for failure.
Solution
Get reasonably good people who align with the VISION with Dreamer or Doers Attitude. Leave Ostriches- these spread poverty and ignorance disease like a plague.
So in a changing and dynamic and complicated Global Perspective the Important Hierarchy of P's as per Yours Truly is:
P: People
P: Product
P: Performance
P: Presidency- Founder/ Presidents Vision
P: Passion
P: Process
What are your options
If you are not able to do the above- the safest best then is to find an inspid performance evaulation framework and a reasonable process oriented process.
The only issue here is process dominated business which reverse the above order does not have a soul.
Hire and fire is generally done based on points that actually are debatable and contested.

The Simplest Thing to do- is Be Aware of opportunities and be in top shape to encash them.

Respect your own culture. When you template's ise everything and bring western management approach to eastern values and vice versa you create ground for trouble and people become numbers.
The Bitter truth when one does this- Is Youth and
energy are preferred over age and experience unless you are very special- Unlikely.
In simple terms as you age there are more chances of you to be
Eliminated
Replaced
Thank God for the problems. It keeps all of us relevant but no thanks I will not go back to
email( So 2005 ish) or excel( there are better options)
Choose People first. Lead, Inspire, Guide and implement the PASTE approach to deliver delightful solutions.
Try being a doer and a dreamer. There is still time and do not create the next generation of insipid templates. You owe it to the next Generation.
