Ok the Title has 3 segements. Allow me to touch on them Briefly:
Best Wishes & Many Greetings for the 78th Independence Day. I pray that the children of Bharat Mata always be free and consciously work towards improving their lives and in turn helping our country to be prosperous and free. It is indeed a great blessing & a privilege to be Free and Independent.
Vande Matram- Bharat Mata Ki Jai
Today the Energy of Venus is in full flow and it should be harnessed for luxury, beauty and abundance.
Briefly
1+5=6
7+8=6- It is the 78th Independence day
7+8+1+5=21=2+1=3
9:12= The Higher Realms
Point to Ponder- The Independence day contemplation:
What does independence Mean?
Contrary to the General Perception that Independence means a country free from being ruled by an oppressive force and following directives against one’s will:
Independence Really Means
The Abiliity to do what you want- when you want- How You want- without disturbing others and self.
That is true independence in the real sense as per the 9:12- The Guruji Shrii Arnav’s way and the toughest part is-NOT DISTURBING ONESELF.
Freedom from limiting thoughts, emotions is a paramount blessing and we should thank the sacrifices of the Freedom fighters who have sacrificed themselves so that we breathe in a free country.

What is Meditation
Meditation is exactly what I stated about Independence and being Independent- Think about - contemplate and reflect and then again reflect on

Are you Really Meditating.
Now, The title is flawed- It should have read:
I DON’T KNOW YOUR KIND OF MEDITATION
What i describe in the short talk at one of the most sacrosanct and power energy spot on planet earth is NOT applicable to 99% of the people.
Now Factor this- Self Defined As per science people- A Fact
To achieve a 3 minute fixed focussed on only 1/ one single thing takes 18 years of sustained spiritual practice and exercises.
Yes for 3 minutes undivided attention-18 years of sustained practice.

So most of the people are not
meditating regardless of what they say and show they feel.
BUT
Who should be careful
If You body produces too much static electricity- What is that - Then You should be careful.
Simply:
If You touch something and you experience an electric shock or when you remove your clothes and then you can hear that crackling sound that means:
You are vibrating at a higher level and if you don’t know how to handle it then you might be in a similar situation to the Monk I mention in the Video Talk.
What to do- A Tip
Always carry a metal coin( any metal except copper) in your pocket or on person- You should be ok.
Share with others also who might be in a similar situation- and thank me later.
You can meditate or learn to meditate but first learn to be really independent and that also means;
NOT IMPRISONING OTHERS AND MAKING THEM DO WHAT YOU WANT IN THE NAME OF LOVE, LOYALTY ETC
A Fact that can be attested by more than a 1000 people:

is and one should have a good time off and on.
