Thank you Forbes- The world’s oldest, biggest and STILL the most prestigious business publication with honouring me by putting me on the inaugural Jan issue focussed on LEADERSHIP. Given the HERITAGE that means a lot.

Some Variations of my name have interested me. During High School- One of My Favourite Teachers was Sharma Ji- Which One - Your Guess is as Good as Mine.
So Sharma Ji one of my favourite Teachers and one of of the Best Humans I know- Somehow Decided to call me “Arnie- Why- That’s not important.
What is important is that Sharma Ji really spoiled me Silly.
From spending time in the most posh computer
Lab doing nothing to teaching Mathematics in Evening
Well- That is quite an example of Squaring the Circle- Isn’t it- Head of computer department teaching Math to Arnie.
So I said to him- Arnie is good but Let’s call it Ernie.
He Said Why- I said- Its just that - I like it that way? And there
Rested the matter.

My Test.
My tests are simple and often rare. I give
them to only people who I think are going somewhere.
So it could be as simple as asking one of the best coders in the world- To get me a 20 W bulb and asking him to install it.
