At the very outset- Kindly Allow me to state:
This post is basically for people of Countries - Where English is NOT the Primary Language( Mother Tongue)
This post is for Majority of people and not the minuscule Minority of super brains etc.
So what am i trying to state here:
The thing is
In these countries most of the teachers put a lot of emphasis getting the grammar accurate first- thinking that is a must for learning english and good communication.
The outcome
Wait
Most of these hard working students who sit with a paper and pen and work on their Grammar are actually the poorest of communicators and they are very poor at most aspects of the language.
Is Still acceptable
And
Due to that Grammar training and resultant trauma:
They Find the PAST PERFECT and the PRESENT TENSE

I am done with the spoon feeding so you can draw your own conclusions.
The Only Way to reverse this mental malady that will affect negatively most aspects of The Life is:
To Speak the Language and then slowly the equation will shift towards
PAST TENSE PRESENT PERFECT
A galactic Shift to - NOW
My humble request to teachers is- More than grammar develop fun games and exercises that makes the students speak with least amount of ego or shame kicking in.
The WORLD Will be a better place
Better than Better:
Knock Knock 
Who’s It =6
It is Me=6
You Who =6
You You=6
An extra Dose of Grammar
Is Akin to banging the Hammer
Leading to unnecessary Stammer
And Zeroing the Planner
Have a great day ahead. Fix Mercury and start speaking for a Bright Future
By the way I am equally Horrible in Grammar as well as Mathematics
But Those at advanced Levels should read “ The Idiot “ by Fyodor Dostoevsky
And Those who are not so advanced can View the Movie- The Idiot by Akira Kurosawa.
