I find myself in a privileged position; teachers, masters, grandmasters, and coaches from various fields—ranging from fashion to sports to management—consider me and my inputs valuable. - Thank You

In 2021, I briefly took on a mentorship role of a major league Football club under circumstances that will remain confidential due to their emergency/ sensitivenature.
This was posted in my live stories and posts at that time- But as Becauz

UDON FC is a first-class football club competing in the Thai Provincial League and is recognised as a member of FIFA 
.
The club boasts around nine to ten players with over 100 appearances each. This context highlights the significance of my position since it involves FIFA directly; no team in India currently holds such stature and may require over 25 years to achieve it.
The club faced an imminent threat of severe penalties from FIFA and risked missing out on accolades and action at the Qatar World Cup.
It was during this critical time that I decided to take responsibility and flew to Udon to address what had been communicated to me by management—A Management & A Stakeholder meet.
The surprises began upon my arrival! Without any prior knowledge about what awaited me, I was taken straight from the airport to Centara in a highly secure zone for what turned out not just to be a management meeting but rather a live press conference.

To add another layer of surprise, senior journalists who were also passionate football fans attended this press conference.
As challenging questions began flying my way and with new surprises, all eyes were on me. Despite language barriers complicating communication initially, I gradually started responding as tempers rose among those present.
Remarkably enough, unbeknownst to me at that moment was that someone within the press had made our interaction live-streamed.
As tensions escalated during our discussion and while fielding questions from journalists who were visibly upset with how things had been managed at Udon FC—a situation exacerbated by unpaid salaries during pandemic times—I could sense an important shift occurring among players as I was speaking and key stakeholders present: they resolved collectively that we must make one last effort together under my leadership.
By around ten or twelve minutes into our interaction, hostility transformed into comradeship; it became evident how powerful this moment was when those once hostile fans morphed into one united family before my eyes—over 40 thousand strong outside waiting anxiously for answers regarding their beloved club's future. The sound from the outside gathering had changed from anger to that of hope and reverence as I started hearing the Chants of Param Ajhan growing into a crescendo.
Despite having traveled without sleep for nearly eight hours leading up until then—including transit time—I felt compelled afterward not only meet these dedicated supporters but also reassure them through language barriers. After the live interaction I decided to step out and meet all the fans much to the dismay of security cordon
"We are in this together," I conveyed passionately before promising we'd share bread later that evening if possible and what an evening it was- As if the whole town had descended to eat and drink and most importantly speak with me even if that was for a brief 2 seconds.
In subsequent days following these events unfolded successfully thanks largely due implementation directives like adopting two-pizza rule amongst players which proved effective as they climbed league rankings steadily thereafter despite ongoing management challenges inherent within running such high-profile clubs recognized globally by governing bodies like FIFA itself!
When I am asked about legendary figures like Maradona or Messi—and even Ronaldo- The Phenom—it’s difficult providing generalised responses given their unique pressures stemming directly via fan expectations alongside personal ambitions requiring different forms mentoring beyond traditional coaching manuals found elsewhere today!

For Most football is all about high-level, adrenaline, entertainment, fast cars, fast women, high fashion, unlimited wealth, but let me tell you- It is quite unlike that it is about broken bones, pain, bruises, and overcoming severe stress and monsters to deliver your best.

For me.-WIP is not work in progress. I don’t like it. WIP work is postponed-I don’t like it either.
For me WIP is work is priority and that priority is decided by the mentor and followed by the team.
