After one has keenly studied fundamentals and has been true to the sacred text
( Which one- is a pedestrian question) -
One can under favourable circumstances does NOT need the Horoscope for the normal questions ( And That is around 96%) of all questions:

What Does Your Planet Say About You and Its Position in Your Chart
Your Reputation, Respect, Authority Tell How's Your Sun
Your compassion, Balance, Reacting Ability Tell How's Your Moon
Your courage, Initiative, Energy Tell How's Your Mars
Your decision making, Humour, Speech Tell How'S your Mercury
Your Morals, Ethics, Knowledge Tell How's Your Jupiter
Your Beauty, Charm, Attraction Tell How's Your Venus
Your action , determination, Endurance Tell How's Your Saturn.
Your Alertness, Diplomacy, Thinking One Step Ahead Tell How's Your Rahu
Your Sacrifice, Pain Endurance, Working for Greater Good Tell How's Your Ketu.
Thinking 5 Steps Head- Also KETU
Exercise 1
Do a self assessment for each of the planets.
The Methodology: ( Just an example for 1 planet)
Read How's Your Sun
Think about the traits for either 3,6 or 9 minutes
Take a break of 3 minutes
On a Piece of Paper tick one option
1)Favourable
2)Unfavourable
3)Dead
4)Sleeping
5)I don't know
Keep doing for all 9 planets.
When you come to realisation then ONLY THEN it is time for Any action- Don't think what next already
I had told one time in life: That for majority the planets are sleeping.
And Its perfectly ok if that is fine with you.
What is NOT fine is that
Your Planets affecting those around you.
So now contemplate.
And they can we woken up- To deliver all that You Desire- So Ready!
