The Outstanding Business Thought Leader of the Year Award – Another Milestone in the Journey!
Bangkok, March 2, 2025 – The calendar keeps filling, the days roll on, and while I haven’t had the time to post about it until now, this recognition is one that deserves a moment of reflection.
At the International Entrepreneurs Conclave (IEC) 2025, held at the Holiday INN Silom Hotel, Thailand, I was honored with the Outstanding Business Thought Leader of the Year Award —a recognition that spans business, strategy, and leadership, acknowledging the impact of vision beyond just commerce.
This was organised along with the GOI Atma Nirbhar Intitiative wherein exceptional entrepreneurs and achievers of the year 2024 were recognised at a Global scale- I congratulate all winners.
The organizers, in a rare gesture, had even scheduled the event in Holiday INN to accommodate my presence and ardently requested just 5 mins of my time- But that is the irony- Despite being in the premises I really could not attend- it is the choices one has to make given the finite amount of time.
Yet, as the cosmic play would have it, delays and mismanagement led to my absence.
However, as I have often said—a King is known by his Kingdom, but a Legend is known by his Vision.
And so, in a moment that reinforced the power of presence beyond physicality, the award was presented by Senior Parliamentarian KC Tyagi and accepted on my behalf by Supreme Court Advocate Aman Sinha —a name synonymous with legal excellence, including his role in the Ram Janmabhoomi case and very dear to me.. those who can connect the dots will know
The ‘Guruji Effect’ – Influence Beyond Borders & Domains
This is not the first time I have been recognized in absentia—and I doubt it will be the last. It’s a reminder that true impact is not measured in handshakes and photographs, but in transformation and resonance.
Some of my recent in-absentia honors include:

A Vision Beyond the Moment
Leadership is not about being in the room—it is about being in the minds of those who shape the future.
As I continue this journey, I reiterate:

The journey continues.
