The Most Powerful and Sacred Ram Couplet that Removes Sins of Several Births & Understanding the Basis and Logic of Spiritual Practices 
And The Divine Ratna Raj- The King of Gems
Jai Sri Ram.
The Ram Raksha Stotra is a divine hymn( for easy understanding) that provides supreme protection.
In it there is a very divine shloka ( Verse) that reads as:
Sanskrit
रामाय रामभद्राय रामचन्द्राय वेधसे
रघुनाथाय नाथाय सीतायाः पतये नमः॥
English
rāmāya rāmabhadrāya rāmacandrāya vedhase
raghunāthāya nāthāya sītāyāḥ pataye namaḥ॥
A Generic Meaning
My Salutations to Lord Shri Rama the supreme Protector, Who is benevolent , calm and radiant as moon.
He is the lord of Raghuvansha dynasty and is the Lord of Sita.
Practice
First Chant the Sanskrit Verse and then contemplate on the meaning with eye close. You will get an image of Lord Ram. Every one will get a different image. Stay with that feeling and image for as long as your like.
The Logic Behind
Lord Ram has infinite names and everybody calls him by their own favourite Names.
But There are 7 Cardinal Names by which he was called by these 7 Vital Characters. Let us explore these divine names together and get a small appreciation and understanding of them.
King Dashrath- Lord Ram's Father
Ram- Ramaya- Everything is Ram, Everything of Ram, Everything to Ram
Mata Kaushalya- Lord Ram's Mother
Rambhadra- Rambhadraya- Sri Ram Stayed for Some time atop a Hill called as Bhadrachala. Rambhadra one who stayed at Bhadrachala and one who is as strong as the mountain.
Queen Kaikeyi- Lord Ram's Step Mother
Ramchandra- Ramchandraya- One who is radiant, benevolent, calm and beautiful like the moon.
Sage Vashist- Lord Ram's Guru
Veda-s- Vedhse- The One who is mentioned in the Sacred Vedas as the Greatest Lord.
Other Sages
Raghunath- Rahgunathay- The One who is the King of the Whole World.
Sita Ji- Lord Ram's Wife and Consort
Nath- Nathay- The One who is my Lord and Master
So Now the Sacred Verse Again
rāmāya rāmabhadrāya rāmacandrāya vedhase
raghunāthāya nāthāya sītāyāḥ pataye namaḥ॥
