Sunday is the day of the Sun and the Gem of the King of Planets is the Ruby.
So this Posh and LuX automobile is apt for visiting some good friends and seeing some delicious red rubies.
Having said that even though I like this ravishing feline par excellence- Maserati does a excellent enough job describing its colour accurately and calls it " Rosso Vincente" Loosely Translated from Italian It means Winning Red.
It Does Signify Winning and Adrenaline and Both the Car and the Brand Are Iconic.
Legendary Level Means:
Now, this colour description is great from marketing point of view and makes the owner and his ego and sense of Ownership feel great but from an expert point of view and for Legends It can be better.
Gem professionals will tell you that communicating colour with exactitude and accuracy is the cornerstone of this profession.
And despite advancement in technologies, upgraded resolutions and what not- The naked eye and the competency of the examiner are still of prime importance.
I remember in 2012 a beautiful scintillating Ruby from Winza - Tanzania weighing 6.64 carats had the exact remarkable colour- It was different from the Lot.
From me it went to the Hand of a collector in USA who in turn kept it for a couple of years and then gave it to a collector in UAE.
He sold it to a mutual fund management group in the UK who in turn took it for a prestigious auction.
Ever Since then its whereabouts are unknown.
They say the King of Rubies is the Burma Ruby but this King from Winza still haunts me.
I have never seen anything like that yet again.
To the esteemed present owner if this somehow reaches you... You know what to do.
On other note.. Some of the Good folks asked about my eye condition after yesterday's post.
I am doing quite ok just the opthalmogist wants me to use shades for a couple more days.
