What should one focus on first- the mother or the child is like the classic- Chicken and Egg Conundrum.
Any which way, what is destined to be shared today will be shared.
After the Egg has been fertilised and the foetus has been formed it takes 9 months inside the mother until it takes birth.
In these 9 
months - The 9 planets fully manifest to develop new structures( Stress and think on New) to keep the embryo/ baby alive and healthy.
Just think formation of new structures in reasonable Adulthood- Is that not God Like- You are creating. Your energies are creating. Your planets are creating.
You are aware of the 9 planets- The 7 visible ones and the 2 shadow planets- Rahu and Ketu.

Both Man and Woman are capable of creation and regeneration. This is what makes them God Like only if they know how to harness this power.
The Woman can be ever new and ever fertile. She is complete power capable of anything and everything.
The Ideal Menstrual Cycle is exactly 27 days (2+7)=9 and not 28. Missing the 27 day mark either way by +/- 5 days means that she is under stress , carrying too much pain or karmik blockage. This should be addressed and remedied. If the Egg is not fertilised in 36 hours ( 3+6=9) - no conception.
