At the very outset, best wishes and greetings for international labours Day also known as international workers day. I thank all the workers who keep our life functional.
Also a big congratulations and hugs to a boy who was a labour of love and put his mother into labour on this very day in 2003. God bless you. You are indeed a labour of love, so you are love. Happy 21st- 2+1=3
In the month of April 2024, I was invited by a University to speak about process management and then by a trade association for networking and a grand opening and finally by a car corporation who wanted me to take a workshop for their top executives, the end result I had to refuse all three because I told them that you know too much, and in this particular case, I have no value to deliver .
A man’s life in majority of the cases is defined by his work/profession, which translates into karma/action, which are verbs.
I have often said that time is money, and as the finite life keeps passing by- I have to make a choice between being productive and polite & that being said, allow me to celebrate all workers and all labourers in the world who are in essence, the ultimate Repairman.
I shall be brief- yet again, and I will give you the ultimate repair man prescription that fixes. Just about anything.
It can fix your personal life. It can fix your professional life. It can fix the organisational life, but you have to understand that you are not an isolated island. You will have to work with all the parameters and people together, get the best possible outcomes
The wheels of Time wait for none, of course a dramatic statement, but as we shall see a useful one.
Now before we start with Guruji Shrii Arnav‘s repair man prescription, let us go back to primary school, Guruji Shrii Arnav way

Now - if you gain fully and fruitfully contemplate on the above three items which I call as RID - then you don’t have to read further, but I suggest that you do, so that I may not hear everything went over my head or nobody reads it.
I am sorry. Some people are not so sorry-they read it, implement it and share with others, so I must do my duty.
The currency of Maya aka disillusionment is to keep at least something lacking in life so that the drama of life is being continually played and enacted.
However, in the repair man manifesto, if all things are implemented properly, then one can overcome disillusionment and find fulfilling happiness and peace.
Direct energy is towards higher goals and spiritual ascension, and most importantly spread the bright happiness.

a simple tip and direction without getting too wordy or descriptive intention without action. No desirable result, same for other items. Everything should move like wheels and gears in perfect harmony for the repair man to fix just about anything.
The same thing for your personal life, you cannot desire to be wealthy and happy without all the virtues of the repair man working towards the same goal and no remedies. No action. No Workshop will fix that.
Some , even being too good at one thing and putting the emphasis on just that one thing, can also have negative consequences.
If you are at 0- Congratulations, you can make progress, but if you are in the negative, then my friend, most of your life will be like a pendulum, swinging only one way because your good luck and your good time will get expended coming from negative to 0.
So- even if you are not a dedicated worker or a dedicated repair man, try to be at zero and pray that may that one day come where you understand that core competency and efficiency in one department only is a ego problem.
And if you cannot make the head and tail of above at least have a goal of not making other people, unhappy.
I wish all labourers and workers of the world on your special day and I join you in rejoicing on this special day because I am a born Labourer and my basic nature is to labour so that I can enjoy being sober-well sometimes.
If the above is too much, you can start your journey with PAIR- That is what you like, right, pair, couple, love, Where pair stands for process ,action, intention and result where P for process ,a for action. I for intention and R for result, make sure you keep your focus on pair, so you do not end up …..don’t replace R with N in the end because time is money- time is finite. Make the best use of it.
