Good morning and at the very outset, a very happy papmochni Ekadashi.
This is a special day wherein it has the capacity to burn away all sins past and present, so I wish you well and pray that the Lord of the three worlds Bhagwan Narayana blesses you with health, wealth, and prosperity.
Today started quietly- Well at 03:33 am its nearly quiet in most parts of the World.
Early breakfast in the hotel lobby—alone, or so I thought.
Soon I was joined by Mr. John K, the General Manager of Holiday Inn Hotel- seems that still there are Gentlemen who take their Jobs seriously- Yes 03:33 proves that.
A Korean gentleman, but with the warmth and wisdom of an old soul.
We spoke about life, business, and a few things that make the heart beat a little differently and yes but of course about Silk Trade and the Silk Route- A Good Mind Gym to start the day.
But the real story begins after that…

I had to make a stop at one of the highest-security forensic divisions in a major Bangkok hospital.

Instead, apply BPM = Breathe. Pause. Meditate.
