The Two Pizza Rule: Team Composition & Defined roles - Part 3
Good morning, and I wish you a great day ahead, a relaxing, and rejuvenating weekend!

This week has been rather eventful, and a lot has been accomplished.
But let me give it the full dimension of completion by introducing you to the concluding part of the Two Pizza Rule for mega corporations and mega success.
In Part One, I explained the basic meaning of the Two Pizza Rule and its application.
In Part Two, I gave you 12 straight actionable sentences to be applied.
Now, in Part Three, I will give you the ideal team composition. This can be applied to the whole team, a particular department, or a specific function.
The key here is to understand and appreciate that finality, structure, and form come with consistency.
You cannot imagine a perfect reality because team members will have their unique personalities and challenges.
But the Two Pizza Rule is a fantastic tool for prioritization and lays a solid foundation where there is a highest common factor in teams to move towards greater benefits and ideals.
Using the Guruji Shrii Arnav 9x12 way, each of the nine planets, if manifested in a positive manner, will give you the following nine team members.
I have also grouped them so that you don’t even have to think about who goes where, even though these are very self-explanatory.
This is being presented for the first time on planet Earth in a manner like this, which even Go- Ogle will agree with!
I will also give just a single one-line description of each function, and then you can calibrate and scale as per your own requirement, culture, product, or service.
All these three modules have been applied verbatim by GWM in its Kanchana Puri plant with immediate and scalable success.
The module has also been utilized by Bumrungrad Hospital, which adopted it in late 2022 and went on to win Asia’s number one award for two years (2023 and 2024).

Brief Role Explanation
Dreamers: these are the visionaries and the creators always innovating, eager to take their offering to the next level ever evolving to First- delight their customer, and then themselves
Deciders: they are having the conviction and the administrative ability to implement the dreamers vision without questioning and firmly follow the discuss or decide approach
Doers: they are class ए executors, having फ़ुलफ़ीलिंग faith and devotion to the dreamers and total loyalty to the deciders.
They implement the plan of action of the two above to the T with good and reasonable outcomes.
Deliverers: quite a self explanatory word and role- the deliverers understand that the heavy lifting has been done in the above three roles and their role is to deliver the product service or offering in the most pleasing and safe manner to the end customer ensuring delight.
Delegators : they have the higher faculty ability and intelligence intelligence to know that if the above rules have been implemented properly, then it is going to be like a positive rollercoaster or Juggernaut and they understand the vitality of starting to prepare a second team of doors and their usefulness lies in delegating the tasks by breaking them into smaller ones, and start making the foundation of a second line of doers.
Designers: they have their role and responsibility to design the framework, including workflows to ambience to ensure that the product is aesthetically designed to please the end user and also functional and elegant to those involved in the backend to deliver a product or service.
Director: This role is basically the epitome of mastery in organisation management, and this is perhaps the toughest role. If all of the above are doing their roles correctly, then one has to make a choice between what to pay attention to and what to totally avoid.
It's about knowing your customer( KYC), knowing your team, knowing your process, and taking tough decisions.
It's also about leaving middling or ordinary options, including customers and deals, which are not in sync with the dreamer's vision.
Developers: These are the people who keep you future-forward and future-ready by constantly designing and evolving products and services.
As the range of offerings keeps growing, they have to design systems and processes to ensure that the arrow that leaves the bow travels as straight as possible and hits the target, despite ever-evolving conditions and challenges.
Diminisher: To understand this role in the easiest manner, these people are best at risk mitigation. They are also at the top of their game when it comes to assessing risks, threats, and problems, such as malicious intentions of competitors or simple things like insurance. They help achieve the best possible outcomes with least damage in conflicting or limiting situations.
Now, my dear, these are the nine Ds. You should first look at identifying which D or which role you are, and then make your own dream team based on the guidance and roles above.
At the risk of being repetitive, these are the nine planets fully manifested in their optimum potential.
But if you take a deeper look, these are also the nine prime module functions of conventional management, including sales, marketing, advertising and promotion, product management, organizational structure, accounting, etc.
So we have now outlined the team that leaves us with three more additions to make the dream team complete.
The Holy Trinity:
Those three positions will be taken up by the Holy Trinity of Brahma, Vishnu, and Mahesh.
Brahma's role is to observe and decide.
Mahavishnu's role is to reserve and sustain.
Mahadev Lord Shiva's role is to destroy and recreate.
And hence, now your dream team of 12 is complete!
Whatever the size of operation 5 or 5 million people the best will have only these 12
Life is not a straight road, even though most of the time we expect it to follow certain frameworks and ensure success.
But it is actually quite unlike that. I have seen on a practical level that it's easy to go back to patterns-
Such as in just about anything, or self-defeating behavior, etc.
That being said, here are the 12 kinds of individuals who are detrimental to a team (9 x 12 = 108).
I won't explain this in detail, but you'll definitely know what to do and what to avoid.
Also, understand that human life is fascinating! Despite our attempts to gravitate toward the predictable, the boring often presents itself as something else entirely.
If you or a loved one falls into any of the traps below, you can make a quick course correction.
Life is ever-changing, as are situations. If a teammate falls prey to the list below but shows essential potential, set up a support system to help them recover.
The 12 "Cursed and Punished" Individuals (Even God Can't Satisfy Them!):
These are people to keep away from your organization. Or, if any of these negative traits manifest in you or someone you care about (due to planetary positions, etc.), address them immediately.
The "Stay Away" List of 12 ( ): Avoid these individuals in your team at all costs, regardless of what else they bring (money, entertainment, false security, etc.):
* Doubter
* Delayer
* Depressor
* Doomer
* Disputer
* Disillusioned
* Discorder
* Dissenter
* Depreciator
* Deserter
* Denier
* Difficult
The "Two Pizza Rule" is easily comprehensible and implementable in three parts (as shown this week, concluding today).
Ask yourself: What work was done in the first two parts? Today (Saturday, judgment day!) will you act on part three?
Understand your role and your team's role, and make necessary changes to answer: "What do you get paid for?" (your primary income).
Regarding organizational management and team success, I've presented actionable plans with examples.

Rahu and Ketu are invisible planets that can bring immense joy or profound grief.
The nine planet roles are clear, but understand that these shadow planets are always in retrograde motion.
