Let me now share with you a incident yesterday that moved me at a soul level- This was good- As all things are.
As a mentor and guru, my greatest reward is not in the praises I receive or the accolades that come my way.
My biggest reward is when I see those who believe in me—my students, my disciples, my devotees, Clients- rise, succeed, and shine like stars in the vast sky.
And today, I want to share a story that encapsulates everything I stand for.
A little over a year ago, I met a young man named Subhajit. Signifying my guiding principle of There are no accidents in Life - The first initial touch point between us was his qualification and experience as a Physiotherapist and A Masseuse.
At that time, I was on a visit to India, managing a gruelling schedule. I needed some relief from the physical strain, and that’s how Subhajit entered my life. But, as you know, nothing ever happens by accident.
During those few physiotherapy sessions, something magical happened.
We talked—not just about stretching or exercises, but about life, cricket, and the importance of dedication.
Subhajit shared with me his passion for cricket, and I, too, spoke of my own journey and experiences playing cricket at the state level.
Our conversations quickly grew deeper. I shared with him not just insights about the game but also about the importance of nutrition, mental strength, and the value of hard work.
Subhajit had a spark in his eyes and a great passion for cricket, the same spark I see in people who are destined for greatness.
He didn’t realize it at the time, but the universe was already preparing him for something far greater than either of us could have imagined.
Then, a month later, the miracle happened.
Subhajit received a call that would change his life.
He had been selected to be part of the physiotherapy team for the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in the Indian Premier League (IPL).
Imagine this: out of the millions who dream of such an opportunity, this young man from West Bengal was chosen to work with superstars like Andre Russell, Sunil Narine, and Shreyas Iyer—cricket legends who need no introduction.
And to add to this dream, Subhajit found himself in the company of none other than Baadshah -Shah Rukh Khan, the King of Bollywood and co-owner of KKR.
For Subhajit, it was surreal. And as fate would have it, KKR went on to win the IPL 2024, claiming the trophy in a spectacular final.
Subhajit, standing shoulder to shoulder with these giants, holding the IPL trophy—it was a moment he could never have dreamt of.
And yet, here he was, living that dream. A well deserving Gentleman was living his dream with Cricket, Glamour and expression of his professional skills as its centrepoint.
Yesterday- When Subhajit returned to me, he touched my feet in reverence- An act much beyond and profound - above traditions. Some
of you should go back and read my post on the Charan Sparsh and it’s Importance.
Thanking me for the guidance and blessings that had played a part in his journey.
It was a deeply moving moment for me as another disciple of mine lay in a hospital with a head injury and wearing other stupid caps of banking work etc.
In that instant, I realised yet again that my true calling is not about the accolades I receive but about seeing the people I mentor rise, succeed, and fulfill their potential.

I often tell people that the stars are always there—whether in the past, present, or future, they shine constantly.
The stars know their place and role in the cosmos.
They don’t compete with the Sun; they patiently wait for their time to shine when the Sun sets.
Subhajit, like a star, understood this. He didn’t rush the process. He worked hard, remained humble, and when the universe aligned, he shone.
The stars also teach us that every person has their unique light.
Subhajit’s journey from a young physiotherapist in Bangalore to working with cricket’s elite is proof that with the right guidance, dedication, and a little bit of divine alignment, anything is possible.
