At the very outset, I would like to thank Global Talent Solutions and GSFE UK, the Global Society for Female Entrepreneurs, for honoring me and inviting me as a key speaker at the International Humanitarian Conference held at Mandela, in the prestigious city of Paris, on the 24th of October.
The conference & the award were held at The Espace Nelson Mandela, Argenteuil FRANCE.
Even though there were many landmark developments happening, as we saw in my FB stories, this was a very important event for me, given my predisposition to impart the right learnings and teachings, especially to the young.
A Day to Remember: Energy and Wisdom Shared During Diwali Time
And even though I would have loved to interact at this conference with highly distinguished speakers along with global ambassadors, royalty, and most importantly, the students who were awarded the doctorate certifications, fate had other plans.
God wanted me to be somewhere else. Among many things, I will fondly remember this day for interacting with some bright people and seeing their energy during Diwali time.
Gratitude to Dr. Jaya Sajnani and the Power of the Word
I extend my gratitude to Dr. Jaya Sajnani, who deemed it fit for me to speak at the conference. It is amazing to see that despite my commitments and travel and that I could not attend or even find time to speak i line- Still, they screened my talk from the International Achievers Conference held 10 months ago as Guruji Remains -In Absentia
This talk was given extempore in front of the highest achievers in society, including ambassadors, thought leaders, and ministers.
It was particularly meaningful for me because I spoke about the power of the word—a message worth revisiting time and again for those concepts I share and for those especially who are a part of the Gemstoneuniverse ecosystem or intend to.

Now to the main topic, Words versus Karma: What Wins?
This may seem like a simple question, but let me tell you, all along, I have been saying that the word is incredibly powerful.
The word was there before the world. In essence, everything has emerged from the word.
Guidance Beyond Generations: A Legacy of Wisdom
Yesterday, I had a gathering reserved only for the service and housekeeping staff at Gemstone Universe, but then joined by team members and, surprisingly, family, friends and clients I have known for 20 years.
Among them was a young boy on the verge of launching his career. I have known this boy since he was an infant, as part of a highly distinguished family where I have consulted his grandfather, a noted doctor, and his father, a highly credentialed professional, along with other accomplished family members.
Energy, Anger, and the Power of Presence
During the gathering, his mother asked, “Guruji, please help him control his anger,” which was timely for the moment.
I told the boy, “You are not truly angry. If your anger can heat up a teaspoon of water, then you can come and talk to me and then maybe you are angry.
Learn about mood management and anger management.”
I explained that whatever we say rotates and revolves in the world. This is what the power of energy means, and hence, I try my best to control taste, sight, sound, and touch whenever people are in my presence, as energy is immensely powerful.
The Responsibility of Influence: Balancing Advice with Actions
As a public personality involved in multiple ventures, I am responsible for those who base their decisions on my advice.
That is why I have always emphasized being at the top of our game in delivering value. Even if we cannot fully deliver, we must ensure that what we say, touch, or serve is beneficial, not detrimental, to those who follow us.

That is why I emphasize the periodic reading og “Do gems work? No, they don’t for 90% of the people,”
highlighting the importance of correctly chanted mantras and the problems caused by incorrect chanting.
Even the purest mantra, the Gayatri mantra, can wreak havoc if chanted audibly or listened to through an audio track that creates a false sense of spirituality.
Karma in Action: Winning the Jackpot with The Guruji’s 9:12 way
Yesterday, during our interaction, we saw the real action of words versus karma.
There was another infant girl in the gathering, and as I tried to interact softly and playfully, a rapid energy shift happened.
Her mother later won the jackpot of 9,000 rupees in our celebration game of housie and Lotto.
Her total winnings were around 12,000 rupees. This was the classic Guruji Shrii Arnav 9:12 at work.
Karma vs. Free Will: An Unbreakable Bond
To make it simple:
Karma is destiny, but the word is free will. Reflect on this—

The lotto winnings or the young girl’s successful entrance into a medical program were not the result of karma but the result of overcoming negative karma through right words and thinking.
One cannot transform their karma instantly by chanting something superficial from the internet.
But when interacting with me, heed this carefully: if you act opposite to what I’ve taught, it pains my heart and feels like a personal failure.
Defeat after live demonstrations, extensive teachings, and years of knowledge is the result of negative karma.
Your free will can transform karma, but karma cannot transform free will
Despite training and education, many are yet to master the fundamentals, thinking they already know it all.
This talk was screened in Russia and Ukraine, amidst the war, and those who attended took valuable lessons, sharing them responsibly, reducing distortions.
The Silent Power: When Your Energy Speaks
Remember, if the profound statement “Your energy introduces you before you do” is true, then be mindful.
Even in silence, your brain speaks, and those attuned can perceive it. The spiritually attuned know this intuitively, and physiological cues reveal it.
An Example of Karma and Free Will in Action
Let me share an example illustrating karma and free will.
If you are in deep sleep and a mosquito enters your nostril or an ant your ear, what will you do?
Even in deep sleep, your hand instinctively removes the intruder. Despite being unconscious, the body knows what to do.
Corruption and ordinariness arises when one awakens, limited by vision and experience, and applies it without clarity to real life. I hope you see the irony.
The Guruji Way: “Discuss or Decide” for a Positive Life
As I mentioned a few days ago, “Discuss or Decide” is the Guruji’s way. Decide first, then discuss obstacles. This is the best way to lead a positive life.
I hope this message resonated with the students at the global humanitarian conference in Paris.

Master-Servant Relationship: Wisdom for Life and Business
A bird once said, “Guruji, I don’t know all this. I just want to be with you and follow your instructions.”
But that’s like seeking a master’s degree without attending university.
Moreover, I cannot allow it, for two reasons: first,
I do not wish for anyone to be harmed by the energies around me. It’s not safe for you if you do not intend to learn or practice. It is too much power.
Second, I bear responsibility for many souls and cannot risk them being impacted by unintended actions or words.
Final Thoughts: Reflect, Embrace, and Harness the Power Within
