Good morning, dream workers.
Today is an interesting day, as was yesterday as will be tomorrow so let’s get on with today and seize the day:
God has gifted us minds and an imagination that can travel anywhere—visa-free, ticket-free, and money-free.
Your imagination has the capacity to envision whatever you choose, so please use it wisely.
What we think, we become.
Yesterday evening, during an epic satsang that many communities are now calling legendary, I had the privilege of being in the company of my two young sons for a brief moment.
I noticed that one of them was wearing a t-shirt with a caricature of Danny Trejo.
Danny Who?
Danny Trejo, known for his menacing roles as the “bad guy,” drug dealer, and more on screen, is actually a darling and a softie in real life.
Curious, I asked my son, “Who is the character in the caricature?”
He replied, “He’s the guy who does all the bad stuff.”
Interestingly, he wore the t-shirt without knowing the real name of the man, only recognizing the character.
The big lesson here is simple:
You are known by what you do.
Danny, by the way, is a phenomenal actor and was recently in the news for his role as “Tortuga” in Breaking Bad.
Looking at my son, I remarked, “Danny is a good student.” My son exchanged an all-knowing glance with his elder brother, as if to say, “Here we go again.”
But let’s be clear—this post is not about Danny Trejo. It’s not even about my good friend, His Excellency, President Vicente Fox of Mexico, whose phenomenal journey I documented in an independent post.
Born in the slums, he rose from being a janitor to becoming the CEO of Coca-Cola Mexico, and eventually participated in the biggest revolution in Mexican history as President. Thank You El Presidente- My Deepest Respect and admiration

As stated, most people’s problems stem from money, and money comes from work.
Who does the work?
The worker does the work.
The real question then becomes:
Are you a dream worker, or are you searching for one?
Are you an owner/entrepreneur, or are you an employee/worker?
Answering these questions correctly will resolve most of your professional challenges.
If you are a worker or employee, your core competence lies in directing, managing, and handling administrative roles.
Understand clearly that you are not the owner; you may not know the owner’s vision or the changes they will implement.
With this clarity, your role becomes defined, and you will lead a happier life.
Similarly, if you are an owner, remember that your role is not that of a schoolteacher. Your duty is to be true to your product, service, and brand.
Instead of trying to handle everything yourself, choose the right people to execute your vision.
President Vicente Fox, who may have been featured in Humans of Gemstone Universe, version 13 in early 2020, exemplifies this principle.
Likewise, boxing champions Mike Tyson and Lennox Lewis, featured in Humans of Gemstone Universe 11, embody the strength and resilience that come with being a dream worker.
Sometimes, my assumptions about people’s intelligence cause grief—over 1,400 dots connected through various life lessons.
Just look at the boxing gloves of Lennox and you may find a Mexican connection. That is what is meant by connecting the dots..
Perhaps even in the next “mother of all elections,” we might see the “Don” taking center stage.
But, let’s return to the main point.
As I often say, “I love the answer.”

If you are an owner, your work involves creating, executing, increasing, and developing.
If you are a worker, your responsibility is to assist the owner with direction, execution, administration, and management.
Now, let’s break down DREAM WORKERS in the Guruji Shrii Arnav 9x12 Way:
**D** stands for **Direction** and **Delegation**.
**R** stands for **Risk Mitigation**.
**E** stands for **Education** and **Experience**.
**A** stands for **Action Planning**, **Mapping**, and **Evaluation**.
**M** stands for **Management** and **Managerial Capacities**.
**W** stands for **Wisdom** and understanding the **Mission of the Owner**.
**O** stands for **Operational** and **Organizational Excellence**.
**R** stands for **Research** and identifying **Future Opportunities**.
**K** stands for **Kindness** and **Compassion**, embracing a mindset of continuous improvement (**Kaizen**).
**E** stands for **Excellence in Customer Service**, as well as **Vendor, Client, Patron Relationship Management**.
**R** stands for **Research and Development** of new products and services based on insights.
**S** stands for **Service** and **Success**.
The crux of being a Dream Worker is knowing your role well.
No amount of training or seminars will change this unless you can distinguish your “sheep from the goats.”
However, if your level of understanding is such that you cannot differentiate between the goat and the donkey, then we have a problem.
To solve it, simply answer this: Are you a worker, or are you an owner? And on another level, Are you a Dream Worker, or are you searching for one?
Look at the story of my favourite Nanhe—the phenomenal Abhinav, who became India’s first television superstar.
After many roles, he finally hit the right curve. Answer this one 12-word question:
What do I get paid for as my primary source of income?
Primary income is that which helps you live, sustain, and work.
Answer this question in 60 seconds or less, and do it for your own benefit.
