 Namaskar, good morning, Suprabhat, and welcome to another super day and a super Friday time to celebrate and rejoice.

 Now, come to think about it. How often does one get such a powerful day?

Let me summarise the best of the day for you.

How today’s day is so special?- today is Friday today is also Vaikunta Ekadashi -A day most dear to Lord Narayana-the Lord of the three world’s.

 Today moon is exalted and forming a powerful Gaj Kesari Yoga along with Jupiter in Taurus.

 Just think of these combinations and put a? In your brain notepad. If you like astrology so much, why are you not harnessing its power real time?

The Man Cave: A Command Center Under Siege

During my mentorship of Udaan Thani FC, the top floor of the  Centara Hotel  became my man cave—a sanctuary for strategy, leadership, and relentless action.

Over 72 intense hours, this space transformed into an epicenter of activity, hosting a continuous flow of guests and negotiations that shaped the future of the club.

But the concept of a man cave isn’t just about personal experience—it’s a universal principle applied by great leaders in history.

 Winston Churchill: A Man Cave Amidst Chaos

Winston Churchill’s War Rooms during World War II are a testament to how a perfectly curated personal space can lead to exceptional decisions under pressure.

These underground bunkers in London weren’t luxurious, but they were meticulously designed for focus, functionality, and resilience.

1. Precision and Purpose: The War Rooms housed detailed maps , secure communication lines , and spaces for his team to strategize. Every detail reflected precision, ensuring nothing was out of place—a principle of energy alignment.

2. Energy Amidst Chaos: Even as bombs fell overhead, the War Rooms exuded calm and control. The space radiated energy, inspiring Churchill and his team to act decisively under immense pressure.

3. Sacred Space: Within the War Rooms, Churchill had private quarters for reflection and rest.

This small, personal area anchored his mind, much like the NXE room in my man cave.

Churchill’s humor and spunk shone even in this austere setting.

Guruji’s- My Man Cave: A Sanctuary of Action and Precision

At the Centara Hotel, my man cave spanned 15,000 sq. ft.( Yes, Some Guys actually played football and practiced their Moves)

divided into:

• A grand meeting-cum-drawing room: The nerve center for intense discussions and negotiations.
• Private bedroom with luxury amenities: Though designed for comfort, the bed remained untouched during the storm of activity.. Such is fate and circumstances- The most comfortable and luxurious- Right from the mattress to the linen- But I did’nt have the time to sleep on it.
• Guest room: Overflowing with visitors, reflecting the nonstop movement of people.
• NXE Room: A sacred, private space for meditation and prayer.

Every detail of the suite was flawless—from the placement of pens to the freshest fruits and fully stocked medicine chest.

Even amidst the chaos, the man cave exuded energy, inspiring everyone who entered to focus and act.

 The 72-Hour Trial: Activity, Hospitality, and Precision:

The man cave wasn’t just a space—it was a hub of constant, purposeful motion:

1. Guests Streaming In and Out

• Players voiced their frustrations, often accompanied by their families seeking reassurance.
• FIFA officials, local authorities, and club management came in waves, engaging in intense discussions.
• Outside, streets were lined with fans demanding solutions.

2. Unrelenting Action

Every moment counted. Even minor movements, like straightening a misplaced chair or realigning a lamp, became opportunities to maintain harmony within the space.

3. Hospitality Amidst Chaos

Despite the tension:

• Fresh meals, fruits, and refreshments were served continuously.
• Every visitor left feeling lighter and cared for, no matter how intense the discussions.

4. Personal Sacrifices

• Day 1: Rest came briefly on a couch in the hotel lobby. .In wee hours of the warning I just dozed off in the lobby itself.
• Day 2: Stolen moments in the backseat of an SUV.
• Day 3: The culmination of negotiations saw a flight back to Bangkok marked the next step.

Success Demands Continuous Action and Attention to Detail

True success isn’t achieved through grand gestures but through the mastery of small, intentional actions:

• Every moment must count: Whether opening a door or aligning furniture , no movement is wasted.
