Hello, good morning, happy Friday. For those of you who are wondering -reading the title of this post of what happened to my language?
Let me tell you, The language is quite okay, but the Almighty has decided the title be what it is-So it os- in a way it is in my way, which is also my way the title would have read. :
मर्ज़ दे कर अर्ज़ करते हो दवा खा ली
So , at the risk of being repeatingly repetitive, which eventually we will find out that the power of repeating has great value.
Today is Friday day of mother, Lakshmi and Venus celebrate this day with good things in life to get all your material desires, fulfilled.
The beauty and wonder of life is that yesterday -the Thursday Satsang became a Friday and some of you relived those magical moments and some of the things that we discussed , If you will read them again today and share or see the pictures, you will see them in the new light. Imagine every day of the week, becoming a fantastic Friday. What more would you aim for?
Today, let us explore a profound truth: *"Keep repeating to make your Friday perfect till you reach a stage where every day becomes a Friday."*
This simple yet powerful thought invites us to contemplate the deeper aspects of discipline, intention, and universal harmony.
The Hundred-Hour Rule: A Path to Mastery
The well-known concept of the 100-hour rule states that with just 18 minutes of dedicated practice each day, one can master a skill to a level that surpasses 95% of the world.
Let us pause for a moment to realize that 18 minutes a day is not merely about time; it is a gateway to transformation.
And, as 1 + 8 equals 9, this number resonates deeply with the Guruji Shrii Arnav 9:12 philosophy—a philosophy that embraces completion, cosmic balance, and divine energy.
The True Essence of Repeating
I am at that juncture of life where I am not a very big fan of repeating, and at the risk of appearing to be abrupt, I just truncate wasteful repetetion and move on, even though the other party, which has recognised this as abruption slowly and eventually will realise that it is nothing, but the two greatest virtues of of sense of urgency and prioritisation at work.
Every second I save add to the value delivered or the experience we share. . And in a negative way, if I see the not so pleasing part of my ego asserting itself- sometimes wasteful repetetion in my brain is interpreted as insulting my intelligence.
BUT
Repetition is not redundancy; it is **purposeful action with intention.**
When expanded, *R-E-P-E-A-T-I-N-G=9 in the Guruji Shrii Arnav way means:
Real Energy Propels Enthusiastic Action Towards Increasing Genius.
Each word is a gem, a virtue, a movement towards a golden life. It represents dynamic verbs and adjectives that deliberately indicate forward momentum.

Transforming Thursday into Friday
Yesterday, during a unique congregation of truth (*Satsang*), an exchange occurred that elevated a Thursday into the energy of a Friday. A vibrant gathering of seekers came together to share views, listen to music, and reflect on life. *Kun Faya Kun* played in the background, and someone asked about its meaning. I explained that it signifies divine creation: *"Be, and it is."*
I recounted a sacred moment two years ago at Hazrat Nizamuddin Dargah, where I was accorded the honor of praying inside the sanctum sanctorum and serving biryani to the poor and devotees.
That evening, I also visited the tomb of Mirza Ghalib, prayed there, and cleaned the area. In the stillness of the night, I swept the tomb—a humble act of reverence. As the dust settled and the air grew quiet, a mystical connection arose, bridging the centuries between Ghalib’s poetic soul and the seekers of today. His verses resonated deeply:
*"Hai parē sarhad-e idrāk se apnā masjūd; Qiblah ko ahl-e nazar qiblah-numā kēhtē haīn."*
*(The object of my worship lies beyond perception's reach; for men who see, the qibla is a compass, nothing more.)*
This timeless wisdom connects with our journey of seeking—a journey that is not bound by rituals but guided by truth and divine essence.

The Message of Ghalib: A Reminder for All**
As I stood at Ghalib’s tomb in the stillness of the night, a couplet arose in my mind:
Kya farz hai ke sab ko mile ek sā javāb; Aao na hum bhi sair karēn Koh-i Tūr ki.
